Bar & Assistant Manager
R Social On Main is currently opening up a search for a bar focused, hospitality minded and business savvy manager.
Locally owned and operated restaurant with two full bars and over 300 seating capacity, we are a high-volume restaurant and we are looking for an individual that will rise to all the challenges a restaurant our size can produce.
We are looking for someone to assist in our craft cocktail program that currently has 20 variations that require organization, discipline, and a drive to make sure each service is the best it can be.
If you are looking to land in a restaurant that takes it's food seriously, then our scratch kitchen will impress and keep you driven to make sure each guest is getting a great experience.
We need our management team to be dynamic and not soley focused on one task. Service focus is what we expect from each team member - if you always manage from the mindset of "how can I make the guest happy?", then we may be the right fit for you!
Details- Shifts are flexible with a 4 manager team but the expectations are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday Close, Saturday Mid, and Sunday Open.
Each shift averages 8-9 Hours but is not limited to those hours. We expect each manager to work through volume and use their time wisely to work on and complete weekly and daily projects and tasks.
Salary 50,000 - 60,000 with two-week paid vacation after the 1st year.

Responsibilities include refilling garnishes and supplies, polishing glasses, hauling kegs and bottles, maintaining a clean work environment, helping punch orders in, refilling ice wells, educating and chatting with guests, and supporting bartenders in everything they do!
